Loka garden screws can carry out on-site ground ‘pull’ testing to provide calibrated safe working loadings data for compression, uplift and horizontal forces applied to the ground screws in your unique ground conditions.
The way in which ground screws interact with the subsoil is what permits them to provide the stability that they do. As such, it’s the ground that determines the overall inner and outer load-bearing capacity of the screws – meaning that a soil survey is invariably required.
Load-bearing tests provide insight into the overall capacity for the entire construction site, which is extremely useful in ensuring that the location is suitable for your project.
